Empire State Bed and Breakfast Association (ESBBA) is a nonprofit member-driven trade association devoted to promoting the Bed and Breakfast industry in New York State, to fostering the professional development of members, to developing rewarding partnerships with vendors, and to enhancing the lodging experience of guests. ESBBA has four Membership Classifications (click on each membership classification for details and a membership application).
There are many reasons to join ESBBA. Marketing and Education are the two main reasons, but you will find many other advantages of being an ESBBA member!
Regular Member (for B&B/Inn members) Any property located in New York State that qualifies as a Bed and Breakfast Inn as defined by the ESBBA Bylaws and Commitment to Standards. See Regular B&B Membership for cost and form.
Associate Member (Vendor Member - Preferred vendors) Vendors who provide high quality products and services to Empire State Bed and Breakfast Association members. Annual Dues: $200
Aspiring Innkeeper Member for individuals considering or planning a profession as an innkeeper, who are otherwise ineligible for Regular Membership. Annual Dues: $50 (this amount will be applied to a Regular Membership if you become a Regular Member within the year).
